We are not responsible for stolen packages, lost mail, or mail delivered to the wrong address. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. We are not responsible for country specific customs on International orders. If you deny customs on a package, we will subtract any customs and shipping from your refund amount.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We package all of our items very carefully to avoid damage in shipment, but it does happen from time-to-time. If any of your items were received damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of damaged product, so that we may proceed with a claim and replacement.

In the rare event that an item arrives to you incorrect i.e wrong size, misspelled etc. please contact us at the link below immediately and we'll do everything to make it right.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been shipped.
