Returns / Exchanges
Our hope is that you love everything you purchase from RevelRiot. But, in the event you need to make a return, you may send your items back for a full refund within 30 day of the purchase date. They must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, deodorant, makeup, alterations, and foul scents.
We do not do price adjustments on previously bought merchandise and items bought during special store promotions are available for store credit only. RevelRiot has the right to refuse any items if they do not meet the above criteria.
If you opt to use our return shipping label, we’ll deduct $5.95 from your refund once it is received and processed by our team. If you choose to use your own label, you must still request a return via e-mail.
For international returns, please note that RevelRiot is not responsible for any customs costs or fees associated with the return. These costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, please ensure that all necessary customs forms and declarations are properly filled out and attached to the package to avoid any delays or issues in customs clearance.
Once we receive your return, the refund total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, minus the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for RR to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please be aware that RevelRiot is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit, including international shipments. Any claims or issues regarding lost or stolen packages should be directed to the shipping carrier and local customs authorities.
Exchanges:
We offer free exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Just reach out to us via e-mail for an exchange request and we will send a prepaid shipping label your way. Once we receive the item, your exchange will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
